| Ordering. You can place your order directly through our website using the Add To Cart button located below each jewelry item. To give you the option of changing your order or proceeding to the Checkout Page, a View Cart button is placed in the upper left near the top of each webpage.

Payment. One way to process payments for jewelry in our on-line catalog is through PayPal, a company owned by E-Bay that provides a reputable and safe method to make secure online payments. It allows anyone with an email address to send and receive on-line payments securely using their bank account or credit card. All major credit cards are supported through PayPal.

| Shipping Charges.The shipping charge for all orders domestic and international under $100 is $7.50. Orders totaling $100 or more are shipped free. Shipping is made via USPS Priority Mail for orders within the United States and via USPS Global Priority Mail for international orders. Allow 4-8 weeks for delivery upon submission of an order; a rush will be placed on an order at customer's request. Requests for overnight or two-day delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis, due to the nature of our handcrafted jewelry. E-mail us at customerservice@preciousplunder.com.

If you should want to pay for an order by personal check, money order, or cashiers check, please email your order to jewelry@preciousplunder.com and send payment to Precious Plunder Jewelry, P.O. Box 442045, Jacksonville, FL 32222-2045. Please... never send cash through the mail.

| Returns. Your satisfaction with Precious Plunder Jewelry is of great importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within thirty days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or credit.
